Traditional Danish Ceramic Workshop
In the SWS program, we had the pleasure of engaging in a workshop with Lissa Ladefoged — once a well-known singer who performed across Denmark, and now a renowned and highly skilled pottery artist.
She has beautifully transitioned into a life of craft and creativity, following her passion for ceramics. Lissa now creates traditional vessels and products that reflect and preserve the essence of Danish culture. Her work is a harmonious blend of heritage and personal expression.
The workshop session with her was truly one of the most enriching learning experiences for our students. Through hands-on interaction and her inspiring journey, students not only learned the techniques of pottery but also gained insight into the power of pursuing one’s passion and evolving with purpose.
