Can craft foster a sense of camaraderie through collaboration?
Imagining a world in 2035 where, a once-vibrant craft culture has vanished, leaving confusion, identity loss, and disconnect. This leads to the new generation struggling to connect with their heritage and trace back their origins, sparking a movement to come together and create a new craft culture and identity through collaboration, where everyone is a maker without hierarchy. Picture a scenario with no old craft, no rulebook, but just pure creative chaos. To celebrate this maker’s mindset and ignite camaraderie among youngsters using craft as a medium, the idea of Co. Lab emerges. The Co. Lab heralds a new era of exploration through its dedicated space, offering an ideation hub that fosters collaboration and interaction among makers. Within its walls lie a robotics zone, crafting pods for innovative crafts and a platform for makers to exchange skills and ideas. Here, makers can delve into the digital realm using AR and hologram technologies, breaking barriers and innovating in the realm of digital crafts.
